Our history
Square One Resources Ltd was founded in 1995 by Martin Rush and Paul Hanikene as somewhere that they wanted to work. Having spent many years working in the recruitment industry, our founders’ vision was to create a unique recruitment experience for our clients, candidates and employees by taking a specialist approach and promoting open, honest and ethical values to run as a thread throughout our business operations; to become the instinctive partner of choice when clients face a recruitment issue.
Since our inception, we have grown organically to become financially strong, with a long-standing reputation for excellent service. Concentrating initially on supplying specialist resources with ERP/CRM skills, we are now renowned throughout Europe for our strength, experience and knowledge in sourcing talented professionals with ERP/CRM as well as other specialist IT skills.
