Focus Clients
Our Focus Clients department takes responsibility for the operational and transactional management of multi disciplined requirements from our Focus Clients as well ensuring adherence to SLA’s, KPI’s and agreed contracts.
Our Focus Client managers provide an all-encompassing delivery service for our clients, managing the whole process and providing in-depth, tailored management information. They support delivery to these clients whilst also account managing all aspects of the candidate relationship.
We support delivery across the whole IT spectrum, working on large volumes of roles/jobs from our established Focus Clients where we exist on preferred supplier lists consisting of only one or two suppliers, giving you a greater opportunity of success than if we were one of a dozen agencies.
Essentially it is all about:
• Providing a "one stop shop for large clients recruitment needs"
• Building excellent relationships based on delivery and longevity
• Providing a dedicated team of resourcers to ensure complete coverage of the market and speed of your CV to the client
• Expertise in a variety verticals
• One dedicated Point of Contact/Account Manager where required
