Oracle DBA is immediately sought by leading global financial services organisation based in Hampshire to work on very high profile Database Administration and Support project. Our client is ideally looking for a degree educated DBA with 10 years + commercial experience. You should have excellent Oracle 10g or 11g RAC experience including ASM, Data guard and RMAN Backup. We also seek Unix admin experience (ideally Linux Redhat) as well as a background in Apache/Tomcat or Weblogic. Oracle tuning experience is also sought as is strong Scripting experience, ideally Perl. SQL Server 2005/2008 experience is very nice to have but not essential.
