We have a thriving Operational division consisting of a Payroll, Contracts, IT, Accounts, Legal, HR, Recruitment and Marketing team. Our Operational departments have an integrated approach, working collaboratively amongst themselves and across Sales to provide pro-active streamlined support. Overall Purpose of the Role

To maximise billing and revenue through recruitment sales to new and existing clients of Square One. The main focus of the role will be on revenue based results, coupled with the ability to convert new business into established relationships to generate repeat business. 

Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for;

Revenue:

  • Consistently hitting set sales targets and objectives.

New Business:

  • Cold/Warm calling to develop new relationships and new clients for Square One.
  • Increasing the levels of commitment within current and new clients, e.g. exclusivity on vacancies, pre-booking interview slots, client meetings, dedicated time for feedback etc.
  • Developing existing clients to strengthen relationships and grow the business further.
  • Arranging and conducting effective client meetings.
  • Lead generation, referencing, chasing missed deals and gathering market information.
  • Negotiation of higher margin business with the ability to up sale your service accordingly.
  • Sourcing and developing candidate relationships and gaining their commitment.
  • Quality resourcing of candidates through database searches, candidate referrals, headhunting.

Account Development:

  • Placing effective adverts to generate candidates in line with Square One procedures.
  • Organising interviews for candidates and managing feedback process.
  • Turning interviews into accepted job offers and closing candidates.

Other:

  • Working within Square One SLA.
  • Where necessary conducting face to face candidate interviews.
  • Managing and striving for personal development and achievement.
  • Updating internal database system accurately.


Reporting Relationships

Reporting to: Manager
Regular liaison with: Other members of Practice, business support and operations team.
Direct reports: Team Members/Senior Consultants within relevant team.
