Internal Recruiter – IT & ERP Recruitment

Senior Internal Recruiter is required for a leading EMEA company within the IT Recruitment industry based in central London.
You must have internal recruitment experience sourcing candidates from numerous areas including headhunting, networking and social media (Linkedin, Twitter etc). We need you to build a comprehensive database of suitable candidates to pull from as well as you fully utilizing the Square One CRM to track the recruitment activity.
The role requires a highly motivated, proactive and ambitious individual with proven internal recruitment experience ideally within the IT recruitment industry.
Duties to include:
- Fill current vacancies for all levels within the organisation and across multiple divisions
- Responsible for the entire recruitment process.
- Liaise with managers for job descriptions
- Source candidates by various routes including but not limited to: headhunting, networking, existing candidate database, Rec2Rec agencies, internal referal system, social media (Linkedin etc)
- Screen candidates and carrying out initial interviews where necessary and arrange second interviews with the employing manager;
- "sell" the company to potential candidates and negotiate offers;
- Keep the recruitment process efficient and cost effective whilst demonstrating a return on investment;
- Update and refresh the new starter induction pack;
- Proactively update own knowledge of Recruitment and Employment Law;
- Review the recruitment process continually to ensure the best possible practises are in place;
- Actively reassess the current recruitment source pool.
- Provide guidance to the HR Assistant to administer contracts and offer letters
- Continuously build on Employer Branding via social networking, recruitment campaigns, and other selected methods.
