Overall Purpose of the Role:

To support Senior Principal consultant / Account Managers by providing quality candidates for roles they are recruiting for. Maintaining contact with candidates to ensure Square One is aware when they are available, qualifying them for roles and arranging interviews for successful candidates and briefing them where appropriate.

Key Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for;

  • Building “Talent Pools” for your area - liaising with candidates on a regular basis to determine their availability to ensure a consistent flow of candidates for consultants.
  • Pro-actively sourcing high quality CV’s from a range of sources (including Database Search, Internet Research, Websites, Networking, Advertising etc)
  • Registering candidates; qualifying fully their work history, rate expectations, notice periods etc.
  • Creatively looking at direct sources for candidates
  • Screening and short-listing suitable candidates for selection and presenting these to Senior Consultant/Team Leader.
  • Arranging interviews with candidates, fully briefing them of the role, sending confirmations etc
  • Providing feedback to candidates.
  • Updating and maintaining the recruitment database.
  • Working to daily, weekly and monthly targets.
  • Lead generation - passing on leads from candidates to relevant consultants.

Reporting Relationships

Reporting to: Resource Team Leader / Senior Principal Consultant
Regular liaison with: Other members of Division, Business support and Operations team.
Direct reports: N/A
