is Our Culture

Diversity and inclusion are so crucial to the wellbeing of everyone at Square One. We have created a team called Diversity Now, whose purpose is dedicated solely to ensuring that we continue to maintain an inclusive, diverse workplace and offer everyone the same opportunities and benefits.

The group is headed up by people within the business across various departments. It has a unique structure to ensure that everyone gets a chance to participate and put forth their ideas to improve our award-winning work culture.

Mission Statement

Diversity Now is a crucial initiative within Square One to ensure that we stay aware of and prevent all forms of potential prejudices, unconscious biases and differential treatment that may negatively impact our team members and those within the sector. We also use this team as a channel for all to ensure they are being heard and have opportunities to help them grow in their careers.
