We have an exciting opportunity with one of our premier consultancy clients! They are on the lookout for Agile Coaches to join their dynamic team across various locations in Germany.

Job Responsibilities/Objectives
You will be responsible for guiding and coaching teams to adopt and implement Agile practices, principles, and values, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

1. Coach and mentor teams on Agile values, principles, and practices.
2. Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure effective communication within teams.
3. Identify and eliminate impediments to the team's progress.
4. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment between business objectives and Agile practices.


Required Skills/Experience
The ideal candidate will have the following:

1. SAFe certification is mandatory.
2. Proficiency in German at least at a B2 level.
3. Proven experience as an Agile Coach or similar role.
4. In-depth knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
