Location: London (hybrid)
Salary/Rate: £700-800 per day inside IR35
Start Date: Mid-late October
Job Type: Initial 6 month contract (likely to extend to 2 years)

We have an exciting opportunity now available with one of our sector-leading consultancy clients! They are currently looking for a skilled Aladdin Test Manager to join their sovereign wealth fund client in London on a hybrid basis.

Job Responsibilities/Objectives
We are supporting a global BlackRock Aladdin implementation and are looking for an experienced Test Lead / Test Manager, to join the programme.
The client is already live and running, and the role is already in scope and covered contractually.

• Lead the testing workstream across the BlackRock Aladdin implementation.
• Define and drive the end-to-end test strategy, governance and approach.
• Lead UAT, Parallel Run and go-live readiness.
• Manage defects, risks, issues and testing exit criteria.
• Work closely with senior client stakeholders and BlackRock teams to drive delivery and maintain momentum.

Required Skills/Experience
The ideal candidate will have the following:

• Experienced Test Manager / Test Lead with proven delivery experience across BlackRock Aladdin implementations.
• Strong experience leading UAT, Parallel Run and go-live readiness.
• Proven track record defining and driving end-to-end test strategy, governance, defect management, stakeholder engagement and exit criteria across complex transformation programmes.
• Confident working with senior client stakeholders and BlackRock teams, with the ability to challenge, drive accountability and maintain delivery momentum.
• Experience with Aladdin Enterprise is essential.
• Knowledge and hands-on experience of Aladdin Data Cloud (ADC), Aladdin eFront and Aladdin Accounting would be highly desirable.
• Wealth & Asset Management experience preferred.
• Exposure to investment operations, IBOR/ABOR, accounting platforms, data migrations and operating model change desirable.
