Job Title: Arcesium (Aquata) Data Platform Project Manager
Location: London (hybrid - 3 days on-site per week)
Salary/Rate: £800-900 per day inside IR35
Start Date: January 2027
Job Type: Initial 6-12 month contract

Company Introduction
We have an exciting opportunity now available with one of our sector-leading consultancy clients! They are currently looking for a skilled Arcesium (Aquata) Data Platform Project Manager to lead the delivery of a data platform within an Asset Management environment.

Job Responsibilities/Objectives
The successful candidate will have a strong track record delivering data platform programmes, managing large teams across multiple workstreams and engaging senior stakeholders.
Experience with Arcesium's Aquata platform is preferred. However, candidates with experience delivering other relevant data platforms will also be considered.

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of a data platform implementation.
• Develop, drive and manage the overall project plan, ensuring delivery across multiple workstreams.
• Coordinate and manage large, cross-functional delivery teams.
• Manage senior stakeholders, providing clear communication on progress, risks, issues and dependencies.
• Oversee delivery across the wider data landscape, including investment platforms, third-party administrator data, market data and downstream reporting.
• Work closely with technology and business teams to ensure successful platform delivery.

Required Skills/Experience
The ideal candidate will have the following:

• Strong project or programme management experience delivering data platforms.
• Relevant financial services experience, specifically within Asset Management or Wealth Management. This is essential.
• Experience with Arcesium's Aquata data platform is highly desirable.
• If candidates have not worked with Arcesium, experience with other relevant data platforms is important.
• Examples include:
• Rimes
• Markit EDM
• GoldenSource
• CWAN
• BlackRock Aladdin (data-related experience)
• Charles River
• Strong understanding of data landscapes and architecture, including investment platforms, third-party administrators, market data and downstream reporting.
• Good knowledge of the private markets space.
• Excellent senior stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage complex delivery plans and coordinate large teams across multiple workstreams.
• Strong knowledge of eFront, Allvue and Anaplan.
