Job Title: Azure Integration Project Manager

We are seeking an Interim Integration Project/Delivery Manager to facilitate the integration of a new Oracle HCM system with our existing applications through Azure integration services. Collaborate with technical leads, integration teams, and external partners to ensure successful project execution.

Responsibilities:

• Build effective cross-functional relationships.
• Manage integration tasks, prioritisation, and testing.
• Employ core project management skills (planning, reporting, risk management).
• Communicate effectively both written and verbally.
• Handle challenging conversations with professionalism.
• Maintain focus on project delivery.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in complex, undocumented environments.
• Background in data migration and system integration.
• Familiarity with Azure integration platform.
• Understanding of Oracle HCM/databases is a plus.
• Track record of integrating legacy apps with new platforms.
• Agile project management expertise.
• Successful history of meeting fixed deadlines.
• Experience working with external suppliers.
