We have an exciting opportunity now available with one of our sector-leading clients in the telecommunication industry! They are currently looking for a skilled Bauleiter (Construction Site Manager) to join their team for a permanent position.

Job Responsibilities/Objectives:
As a Bauleiter, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects from start to finish. Your key objectives will include:

1. Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards on construction sites.
2. Managing and coordinating construction activities, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
3. Supervising and leading construction teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
4. Collaborating with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
5. Monitoring project progress and addressing any issues or delays that arise.
6. Maintaining accurate documentation and records of construction activities.

Required Skills/Experience:
The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications and experience:

1. Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field.
2. Proven experience as a Bauleiter or construction site manager.
3. Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials.
4. Excellent leadership and communication skills.
5. Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
6. Proficiency in project management software and tools.
7. Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.

Desirable Skills/Experience:
Although not essential, the following skills and experience are desired by the client:

1. Knowledge of local building codes and regulations.
2. Experience in managing large-scale construction projects.
3. Certification or training in health and safety regulations.
