Salary/Rate: €55,000 - €75,000 per year

Job Responsibilities/Objectives:
As a Bauleiter, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects from start to finish. Your key objectives will include:

1. Managing team of sub-contractors 6-12 people
2. Ensuring health and safety measures are taken
3. Delegating team and supervising all civil work
4. Provide support to civil teams
5. Solution orientated and problem solving

Required Skills/Experience:
The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications and experience:

1. Experience as a Bauleiter or construction site manager or any road work background
2. C1 German
3. Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
4. Driving License


Desirable Skills/Experience:
Although not essential, the following skills and experience are desired by the client:

1. Knowledge of local building codes and regulations.
2. Experience in managing large-scale construction projects.
3. FTTX experience is a plus
