Job Responsibilities/Objectives
As a Bauleiter your daily responsibilities will include:

1.Distribution of work among the different collaborators of the work
2.Implement and guarantee the means of occupational safety and hygiene in the work and that all team members know the relevant legislation and procedures
3.Analysis of results, deviations and incidents
4.Optimise resources to achieve objectives
5.Periodic meetings with the external staff of the plant and the managers of the collaborating companies
6.Manage and control the delivery of the project
7.Coordination of the team of operators for the project


Required Skills/Experience
The ideal candidate will have the following:

1. German B2
2. Driving License
3. Willing to relocate and travel
4. Previous FTTH Experience Related or relevant experience


Desirable Skills/Experience
Although not essential, the following skills are desired by the client:

1. Good team leadership
2. Proven track record of exceeding projects
3. English
