Job Responsibilities/Objectives

We are in search of a Citrix Specialist with meticulous attention to detail, a mastery of technology and hardware, and a flair for thriving in high-pressure scenarios. This position bridges the realms of technical expertise and operational finesse. Your contributions will significantly influence infrastructure maintenance, support, design, and scalability to accommodate future business expansion.

1. Provide operational support for the Citrix Servers
2. Collaborate with Infrastructure, Operations, and Data Teams to establish proactive monitoring protocols.
3. Oversee day-to-day incident and problem management for the infrastructure service.
4. Drive continuous enhancement and refinement of our cloud-based systems.

Required Skills/Experience

1. Citrix ADC
2. Infrastructure as a Code
3. PowerShell Scripting
4. VMware

Desirable Skills/Experience
Although not essential, the following skills are desired by the client:

1. Networking and Telephony.
2. SQL administration.
3. Citrix certifications.
