We have an exciting opportunity now available with a fast growing telecommunications company based in Germany. They are looking for Construction Site Managers to join their ongoing projects.

Job Responsibilities/Objectives

1. Distribution of work among the different collaborators of the work
2. Analysis of results, deviations and incidents
3. Optimise resources to achieve objectives
4. Periodic meetings with the external staff of the plant and the managers of the collaborating companies
5. Manage and control the delivery of the project
6. Responsible for economic control and project planning
7. Monitoring and control of subcontractors during the project
8. Coordination of the team of operators for the project

Required Skills/Experience
The ideal candidate will have the following:

1. Previous experience in telecommunication or civil engineering projects
2. Good knowledge of German language (B2 level) and Spanish language (B2 level)
3. Driving license category B
4. Willingness to travel or relocate
