Job Title: CX Data Analyst

Duration: 6 Months - outside IR35.

Our client are undertaking a major Customer Experience (CX) Transformation Programme, and are seeking an experienced Data Transformation Specialist to support the cleansing, transformation, and reconciliation of data in preparation for migration to new Marketing and CRM platforms.

The Role:

You?ll play a key role in ensuring data integrity and readiness for future-state systems, working closely with cross-functional teams to align business and technical requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cleanse, transform, and reconcile data across multiple business domains.
• Prepare datasets for migration to new CRM and marketing platforms.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, Commercial, and Contract teams to ensure consistency and accuracy.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to deliver high-quality, business-ready data.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of data quality and governance frameworks.

About You:

• Proven experience with Sales, Marketing, Product, Commercial, and Contract data sets.
• Strong knowledge of data transformation and migration best practices.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with confidence engaging senior business leaders.
• Analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail and data quality.
