Location: Slough, UK (Hybrid - 2 days a week on site)
Salary/Rate: Up to £360 a day Inside IR35

Company Introduction

I am currently looking for a DTV TSA Compliance Engineer. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to join one of the UK's market leading Telecommunication organisations.

Job Responsibilities/Objectives

1. As a DTV TSA Compliance Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring that all aspects of TSA compliance, within the TV platform, are adhered to. You will liaise with the TV Broadcast Support Team, Ops CAS Team and TiVo & On Demand Support Team, as well as other TSA stakeholders, to gather system details with regards to aspects of TSA compliance.
2. You will learn how the many systems work, that make up the DTV environment. Document processes and procedures where documentation does not currently exist.
3. You will work closely with the TSA project team to ascertain regulatory requirements for all TSA aspects. E.g. PAM (privilege access management), access logging, Back-up and restore procedures.
4. You will gather evidence when needed to prove compliance, and work with the TV Engineering team to create solutions to issues arising from non-compliance. Attending regular meetings to track progress and monitor issues.

Required Skills/Experience

1. In depth knowledge of DTV broadcast/streaming platforms.
2. Knowledge of Telecommunications Security Act 2023.
3. Knowledge of digital video streaming principles and formats
4. Experience with Conditional Access Systems, VOD and DTV Broadcast
5. Good knowledge of networking protocols
6. Knowledge of encryption protocols
