Company/role Introduction

A crypto-native organisation of builders and capital advisors is seeking a full-time Ecosystem Partnerships Lead. This is a great opportunity to join a dynamic and fast-growing team focused on investing in and building compelling software in emerging crypto and blockchain technologies.

Serves as an advisor to two on-chain yield strategies, Chronograph and Moonphase, which aim to generate returns through the deployment of capital to various DeFi opportunities. A key part of the strategy for both funds is to partner with various ecosystems and protocols to bootstrap their DeFi ecosystems via the deployment of capital from these funds. As the Ecosystem Partnerships Lead, you will be the key person responsible for sourcing and closing such partnerships. Furthermore, you will be responsible for managing relationships with all such partners across the organisation.

Job Responsibilities/Objectives

• Work closely with the Yield team and other key internal stakeholders to source, diligence and close partnerships with ecosystems, protocols, and other organisations.
• Manage high-value relationships with key external partners.

Required Skills/Experience

The ideal candidate will have the following:

• Proven ability to source, diligence, and close high-value partnerships.
• Crypto-native level industry knowledge as well as expert-level knowledge of DeFi protocols, crypto ecosystems and emerging trends in the space.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to manage high-value relationships with key external stakeholders.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a capacity for independent and flexible thinking
• Ability to work autonomously and to be responsible for achieving the desired results while also contributing to the success of projects shared by the wider team.
• Integrity, humility, intellectual curiosity, honesty and forthright communication. We are a team of open-minded intellectuals that utilise a dialectical approach to arrive at what is true.

Desirable Skills/Experience

Although not essential, the following skills are desired by the client:

• Experience in an ecosystem partnerships role for a DeFi or L1/L2 project.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills. Data-science, coding, cryptography, or a technical background is considered an asset.
• Ability to contribute to fundraising efforts across the current family of funds and other future investment opportunities which Dialectic brings to market.
