Job Title: Fiber Design Engineer
Location: Belgium
Rate: €200 per day contract via payroll company
Start Date: 27/11/2023
Job Type: Contract (12 months)


We have an exciting opportunity now available for a fiber design engineer to join a great company based in Belgium on a contract basis.

Job Responsibilities/Objectives

1. Support project coordinator and team
2. Responsible for the correct input of time registration in Smartsheet and data in FM Pro
3. Assisting the project coordinator and team with the follow-up of the planning, drawing up high level and detailed study / analysis with FTTx applications / software
4. Report daily to project coordinator
5. Assist colleagues and team with the administration tasks of other projects (in line with the Fiber design activities).

Required Skills/Experience
The ideal candidate will have the following:

1. Good knowledge of office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, Access) Smartsheet Google
2. Good knowledge and use of CAD software program
3. Knowledge of QGIS program
4. Technical insight and knowledge in FTTx connections
5. Excellent knowledge of English language
6. Willingness to relocate Belgium (office based role)
