Job Responsibilities/Objectives
In this role, you will drive the further development of our Digital Infrastructure Ventures and build up our deployment team. You will take on the overall project management for Network Level 4 within the network department and build up our project management function and team. In addition, you will be responsible for managing and approving construction performance.

You will actively work on the future topics of our society: Digital Infrastructure. Autonomous driving, the metaverse, virtual reality, gaming - none of this can function without a future-proof fibre optic infrastructure.

1. You will be responsible for the further development, growth, and leadership of the NE4 Deployment Team.
2. You will manage the expansion partners for the installation of in-house cabling (NE4) in multi-family houses, ensuring adherence to targets
3. You will ensure cross-departmental collaboration, e.g., with sales and NE3, and contribute to the continuous development of scalable processes.
4. You will ensure that documentation in your area is future-proof and meets high-quality standards.


Required Skills/Experience
You think entrepreneurial, have experience in leading and developing teams, and are strong analytically and communicative. As a team player, you are eager to take on responsibility. Additionally, you bring the following qualifications:

1. In this role, you will drive the further development of our Digital Infrastructure Ventures and build up our deployment team. You will take on the overall project management for Network Level 4 within the network department and build up our project management function and team. In addition, you will be responsible for managing and approving construction performance.
2. You are skilled in project management or project leadership (ideally in infrastructure/telecom/construction or comparable utility services).
3. You have a proven track record working with and managing external partners and bring a vast network in this area.
4. You have excellent communication skills in German and are also fluent in English.
5. You bring passion, pragmatism, and motivation to advance the digitisation of Germany.
