Square One Resources is partnering with a leading global financial services organisation to appoint a Director, Head of Transfer Agency within its UK Transfer Agency Operations function based in Manchester.

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
* Lead the UK Transfer Agency function, overseeing dealing, investor servicing, core record keeping, settlements, and reconciliations.
* Own the Transfer Agency operating model, ensuring robust governance, risk management, operational resilience, and regulatory compliance.
* Provide senior oversight of client, distributor, and fund governance, ensuring exceptional service delivery and effective stakeholder management.
* Drive strategic initiatives, continuous process improvement, technology transformation, and operational efficiency across the function.
* Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing management teams while overseeing financial planning and resource management.

𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐖𝐞'𝐫𝐞 𝐋𝐨𝐨𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐅𝐨𝐫:
* Extensive experience within Transfer Agency or Financial Services Operations.
* Proven experience leading large operational teams within a regulated financial services environment.
* Strong expertise in governance, operational risk, controls, and client service delivery.
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent required; postgraduate qualifications are advantageous.
