Job Responsibilities/Objectives

You will be responsible for managing and overseeing the teams daily performance and making sure the team is kept up to date on the organisation's direction along with helping to facilitate communication between other team members who can be located in cross functional teams, act as a direct report for self-development, mentor teammates both personally and professionally.

1. Manage team administration, e.g., vacation, sick leave, etc. in the HR system.
2. Enhance team's competence and skills through training plans and follow up on the training budget.
3. Oversee that documentation and designs are up to date.
4. Manage team to ensure high performance by meeting/aligning business goals, push deliverable and secure deadlines.

Required Skills/Experience

The ideal candidate will have the following:

1. Understanding of business needs, project requirements and developing work schedules for the team.
2. Delegating tasks to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
3. Liaising with team members, management, and clients to ensure projects are completed to the highest standards.
4. Keeping up to date with industry trends and developments.

Desirable Skills/Experience

Although not essential, the following skills are desired by the client:

1. Expertise in data centre management and data governance
2. Management tools such as Jira, Bamboo HR
3. TechOps
