Salary/Rate: $675-775 per day

Company Introduction
We have an exciting opportunity now available with one of our sector-leading consultancy clients! They are currently looking for a skilled senior Loan Administration / Operations professional to join an established asset manager, supporting a senior US-based deal team and the day-to-day administration and operations of its loan portfolio.

Job Responsibilities/Objectives
The role is aligned with the London Loan Administration / Operations positions, but requires a more senior profile given the seniority of the US deal team.
The successful candidate will need to have the technical depth and experience to handle complex loan and investment operations, alongside the confidence and maturity to communicate directly with senior stakeholders and manage relationships effectively.

• Support the day-to-day administration and operations of the loan portfolio.
• Work closely with the senior US deal team across loan and investment-related processes.
• Manage and analyse portfolio and investment data, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Manage complex transactions and operational processes from inception through to resolution.
• Act as a key point of contact for senior stakeholders, providing clear and timely communication.
• Identify and proactively resolve operational issues.
• Coordinate across deal, investment and operations teams.
• Develop a strong understanding of the firm's systems, processes and portfolio.
• Take ownership of key operational processes and contribute to improving efficiency and controls.
• Manage competing priorities effectively while maintaining a high level of accuracy.

Required Skills/Experience
The ideal candidate will have the following:

• Strong experience in Loan Administration, Loan Operations, Investment Operations, Fund Operations or a closely related discipline.
• Experience within an asset manager, investment manager, bank or similar financial institution.
• Strong knowledge of loans, lending products and/or investment operations.
• Significant experience dealing with complex transactions, data and operational processes.
• The depth of expertise and judgement to operate independently in a sophisticated investment environment.
• A senior Associate-level profile, with the maturity and experience to operate comfortably with a highly senior US deal team.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong stakeholder-management skills, with the confidence to engage directly with senior investment and deal professionals.
• Proven ability to manage expectations, provide clear updates and drive issues through to resolution.
• Ideally, some technology, systems or data experience.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
