Oracle Cloud Compensation and Benefits Consultant needed to implement and optimise compensation and benefits programs through Oracle Cloud solutions.

Implementation Leadership:

• Lead the deployment of Oracle Cloud Compensation and Benefits modules.
• Customise and configure applications to align with organisational strategies.
• Ensure seamless integration with HR and finance systems.

• Strategic Guidance:
• Collaborate with stakeholders to design effective compensation and benefits strategies.
• Provide expertise on compensation structures, incentive plans, and benefits.

• System Optimisation and Troubleshooting:
• Continuously assess and enhance the performance of Oracle Cloud modules.
• Address technical challenges in collaboration with IT teams.
• Stay updated on Oracle Cloud releases and updates.
