Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Oracle Cloud ERP Business Analyst to join our clients Information Technology team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in the implementation, optimization, and support of the clients Oracle Cloud ERP system. This role requires a deep understanding of business processes, strong technical proficiency, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the effective utilization of Oracle Cloud ERP to meet our organization's needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for Oracle Cloud ERP.
• Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of ERP implementation projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budget.
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Oracle Cloud ERP, addressing user issues, and ensuring system stability.
• Analyze and evaluate current business processes to identify opportunities for improvement and automation through Oracle Cloud ERP.
• Recommend and implement best practices and process optimizations to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Configure Oracle Cloud ERP modules to align with business requirements.
• Collaborate with developers and technical teams to design and implement custom solutions, integrations, and extensions when necessary.
• Manage data within Oracle Cloud ERP, ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and security.
• Develop and maintain data migration plans when transitioning to Oracle Cloud ERP.
• User Training and Documentation:
• Provide end-user training on Oracle Cloud ERP functionalities, ensuring efficient and effective system utilization.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including user guides and training materials.
• Develop test plans and execute system testing to ensure Oracle Cloud ERP meets business requirements and functions properly.
• Collaborate with end-users to conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and gather feedback for system improvements.
• Reporting and Analytics:
• Create and maintain reports and dashboards using Oracle Cloud ERP reporting tools.
• Assist in developing data analytics capabilities for decision-making and performance monitoring.
