Oracle Cloud Functional BAU Consultant

Our client is seeking an Oracle Cloud Functional Support Consultant to provide hands-on BAU support and troubleshooting across Financials and Procurement, ensuring smooth daily operations and system stability.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver day-to-day BAU support for Oracle Cloud users, resolving functional issues promptly.
• Analyse business requirements and assist with configurations, testing, and minor enhancements.
• Maintain and update workflows, setups, GL codes, and integrations.
• Perform root cause analysis for recurring issues and implement fixes.
• Support Oracle quarterly updates, including regression testing and impact assessments.
• Assist end-users and provide guidance to ensure effective adoption of Oracle Cloud functionality.

Experience & Skills

• Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud Financialsand Procurement modules.
• Knowledge of Risk Management Cloud
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and BAU support skills.
• Effective communication and ability to work with business users to resolve issues quickly.
