Job Title: Oracle Cloud HCM Training Lead

As the Training Lead for Oracle Cloud HCM, you will be responsible for developing and delivering comprehensive training programs to enable users to effectively utilise Oracle Cloud HCM applications. Your role will involve designing training materials, conducting training sessions, and ensuring the successful adoption of Oracle Cloud solutions within the organisation. You will work closely with stakeholders, subject matter experts, and project teams to understand training requirements and develop engaging and impactful training content.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define training objectives, identify target audiences, and determine training needs specific to Oracle Cloud HCM, such as Core HR, Absence, OTL and Payroll.
• Design and develop training materials, including instructor-led training (ILT), e-learning modules, job aids, and other supporting documentation.
• Conduct training sessions, workshops, and webinars to deliver engaging and interactive training experiences.

Experience:

• Proven experience as a trainer or training lead, preferably with expertise in Oracle Cloud HCM applications.
• Strong understanding of financial processes and project portfolio management concepts.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to effectively deliver training to diverse audiences.
• Experience in instructional design methodologies and creating engaging training content.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple training initiatives simultaneously.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify training needs and develop appropriate solutions
