Job Title: Oracle EPM Lead

Job Type: Contract - Outside IR35

We are looking for an Oracle EPM Cloud Solution Architect to support finance transformation across planning, budgeting, forecasting and profitability and cost management.

You will translate finance requirements into integrated EPM solutions, shaping future planning processes and connectivity with Oracle ERP. The role also covers the allocation models, dimensions and reporting structures needed to deliver meaningful financial and profitability insights.

Key responsibilities

• Lead solution design across Oracle EPM Cloud Planning and PCMCS.
• Develop budgeting and forecasting processes that support the organisation's FP&A objectives.
• Design cost allocation and profitability models within PCMCS.
• Shape integration between Oracle EPM and Oracle ERP.
• Define metadata, dimensional hierarchies and reporting structures.

Skills and experience

• Proven Oracle EPM Cloud design and implementation experience, including Planning and PCMCS.
• Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting and profitability analysis.
• Experience designing allocation methodologies and cost management models.
• A background in FP&A transformation, with the ability to turn finance requirements into practical solutions.
