We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle Data and Analytics Specialist for a 6-month contract. The successful candidate will be responsible for working with Oracle Data and Analytics applications, generating critical reports, and supporting the ongoing maintenance and enhancement of these systems. This role involves close collaboration with various teams to manage incidents, implement changes, and ensure the smooth functioning of quarterly updates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oracle Data & Analytics: Work with Oracle Data and Analytics applications to generate reports and provide insights.
• Incident Management: Use ServiceNow to raise, track, and resolve incidents related to Oracle applications.
• Change Management: Implement changes to Oracle systems via Jira, following the Path to Live process.
• Quarterly Updates: Support defect resolution during quarterly updates and conduct impact assessments for mandatory changes.
• Regression Testing: Participate in the quarterly regression cycle by providing input from impact assessments.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Oracle Expertise: Proficient in Oracle ODI, OACS, OTBI, Data Visualiser, and BIP.
• Reporting & Analytics: Strong experience in Oracle Analytics and Reporting.
• ITIL Mindset: Familiarity with ITIL processes and best practices.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to manage incidents and implement changes efficiently.
