Job Responsibilities/Objectives
As a core member of the Loan Management Team, you'll be responsible for overseeing active loans in full compliance with our Collections policy and regulatory mandates. Your main focus is ensuring timely repayments and adherence to established standards.

1. Efficiently allocate incoming funds to designated accounts.
2. Process outgoing payments promptly and accurately.
3. Precisely calculate and manage monthly interest payments.
4. Proactively identify and resolve potential loan issues, proposing recovery strategies.
5. Maintain meticulous records/systems to meet GDPR requirements.
6. Timely, compliant communication with customers regarding late or non-payments.
7. Adhere to FCA regulations, internal policies, and procedures.
8. Continuously update and enhance personal and team knowledge.


Required Skills/Experience
The ideal candidate will have the following:

1. Experience of working within a regulatory environment
2. Be able to maintain up to date knowledge of all outstanding collection issues
3. Ability to action swift responses to data requests from the wider team and Senior Management.
4. Collaborate with the Accounts team during audits and external auditor interactions.
5. Self-motivated and positive approach.
6. Effective communication, influencing, and negotiation skills at all levels.
