Company Introduction
We have an exciting opportunity now available with one of our sector-leading media clients! They are currently looking for a skilled Lead Product Coach to join their team for a six-month contract.


Job Responsibilities/Objectives

1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, marketers, and designers, to deeply understand the features and benefits of our products.
2. Develop and deliver coaching sessions, workshops, and training modules aimed at improving the communication skills of team members involved in product presentations and demonstrations.
3. Coach teams on effective storytelling techniques, engagement strategies, and presentation best practices, drawing from broadcasting expertise to create compelling narratives.
4. Provide guidance on body language, tone of voice, and other non-verbal communication elements to enhance the overall impact of product presentations.
5. Assist in scripting and preparing product demonstrations, ensuring they are concise, informative, and captivating for various platforms (live events, webinars, videos, etc.).
6. Evaluate and provide constructive feedback to team members on their presentation and communication skills, helping them improve and refine their techniques.
7. Stay updated with industry trends and broadcasting advancements, incorporating relevant insights into coaching strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
8. Collaborate with external partners, such as media professionals or communication coaches, to bring in specialized knowledge and insights when necessary.

Required Skills/Experience
The ideal candidate will have the following:

1. Strong understanding of storytelling principles and the ability to translate them into engaging product narratives.
2. Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
3. Proven experience in coaching or training, preferably in a corporate setting.
4. Familiarity with media/broadcasting industry and an ability to quickly grasp technical product details.
5. Comfortable with giving constructive feedback and managing performance improvement.
6. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
7. Adaptability to evolving product features and market dynamics.
