Company Introduction

We have an exciting opportunity now available with one of our leading telecoms clients! They are currently looking for a skilled Project Manager, with experience of fibre to the home projects, to join their team for a six-month contract.

Job Responsibilities/Objectives

1. You accompany and are responsible for the implementation and implementation of construction projects in telecommunications and fiber optic expansion
2. You are responsible for the timely and qualitative monitoring and acceptance of the construction and integration services to be provided up to handover
3. You coordinate the efficient use of personnel and materials as well as a good allocation of resources
4. You integrate continuous process optimisation and quality assurance of the services performed into your daily work routine
5. You create measurements and are responsible for monitoring traffic route security in compliance with standards, permits and regulations
6. You communicate routinely and regularly with clients and customers
7. You are responsible for the creation of internal reports, the proper documentation, the billing of construction work and the advance and final invoices

Required Skills/Experience

1. Must be able to speak B2/C1 level German
2. You have a successfully completed degree in the field of construction technology, engineering, road construction, supply engineering or a successfully completed training as a technical system planner or comparable qualifications
3. You have several years of solid professional experience, ideally in the field of telecommunications technology? You have specialist knowledge of construction contract law/construction technology (VOB)
4. You also have extensive knowledge of processes and workflows in the area of implementation and construction of telecommunications projects
5. Your repertoire includes well-founded knowledge in the field of transmission technology, reading construction plans and adept handling of the software programs customary in the industry
6. You round off your profile with conceptual, analytical thinking and working as well as planning, organisational and decision-making skills
