Job Title: Salesforce Consultant - Sales Cloud And Salesforce Financial Clouf

Location: London (near Bank) - Hybrid, 2-3 days per week on-site

£450-£650 a day

Hybrid working London Zone 1

We are working on a confidential opportunity for an experienced Lead Salesforce Consultant / Developer to support the design, development and delivery of Salesforce solutions, primarily focused on Sales Cloud.

This role would suit a technically strong Salesforce professional who can take a hands-on approach to development while providing technical leadership, guidance and support to other team members.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Salesforce development activities and provide technical guidance to colleagues.

• Design, develop and maintain solutions using Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Apex.

• Configure and customise Salesforce Sales Cloud to meet business needs.

• Translate business requirements into scalable and effective technical solutions.

• Contribute to solution design, code reviews, development standards and best practices.

• Collaborate with stakeholders and delivery teams to ensure successful implementation.

Essential Skills & Experience

• Experience as a Senior Salesforce Developer, Lead Salesforce Consultant or equivalent.

• 4 years of hands-on experience with LWC and Apex.

• Strong Salesforce Sales Cloud configuration and development experience.

• Proven ability to guide, mentor or support other developers and consultants.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.

• Ability to work effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders.

Location & Working Arrangements

• London office, near Bank.

• Hybrid working, with 2-3 days per week on-site required.

• Candidates must be able to commute to the London office regularly.

Experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud would be advantageous.
