Our client, a leading global consulting firm, is currently seeking an experienced and talented SAP Service Delivery Manager/Project Manager to join their growing team. As the SAP Service Delivery Manager/Project Manager you will be responsible for all SAP related projects and all SAP related services for the end client, as well as project delivery, service delivery, people management and maintaining the client relationship.

Job Responsibilities

- Overall engagement in terms of budget, Customer satisfaction, contractual compliance, service continuity, team members motivations, respect of qualitative & timely delivery
- Provide management reporting to the Customer and internally on performance
- Management of the delivery of the services and other agreed deliverables in all its aspects: specification, estimation, planning, control, acceptance, SLA compliance for the applications in scope
- Management of all projects, making sure projects are delivered within budget, on time and above customer expectations
- Implementing and controlling all agreed procedures and processes
- Evaluate risks, identify and execute risk mitigation actions


Required Skills/Experience

- Extensive Project Management or Service Delivery experience
- Exposure to SAP projects
- Excellent communication skills. Dealing with people from different backgrounds and at all levels


Desirable Skills

- Dutch or French speaking
