Job Title: SAP/HCM SuccessFactor Architect
Location: Central London
Salary/Rate: £800/day Inside IR35
Start Date: September 2026
Hybrid: 3 days a week on site

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors / HCM Architect to join one of our clients to play a key role in delivering and supporting their SAP HCM and SuccessFactors landscape.

This is a senior-level role suited to an accomplished SAP professional with strong Employee Central experience, a broad understanding of the wider SuccessFactors suite, and a proven track record of working across complex implementations, integrations and business transformation programmes.

You will work closely with senior HR, IT and business stakeholders, providing architectural guidance, technical expertise and pragmatic solutions throughout the delivery lifecycle - from design and implementation through to cutover, go-live and hypercare.

What We're Looking For

We are looking for someone who can combine deep SAP SuccessFactors technical expertise with strong advisory and stakeholder management skills.

Required Experience

• Experience working with SAP HCM and/or SAP SuccessFactors.

• Extensive hands-on experience delivering SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central implementations.

• Strong breadth of knowledge across the SuccessFactors suite, with particular expertise in integrations.

• Proven experience supporting cutover, go-live and hypercare activities within large-scale SAP programmes

Strong knowledge of:

• Employee Central configuration

• Data migration

• Integrations and interfaces

• Workflows

• Business Rules

• Metadata Framework (MDF)

• Role-Based Permissions (RBP)

• Experience working directly with senior HR, HRIT, business and technology stakeholders.

• Strong advisory skills, with the ability to provide clear recommendations and challenge constructively where appropriate.

• Collaborate with functional, technical, integration and project teams to ensure successful delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide solution and technical architecture expertise across SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HCM.

• Lead and support Employee Central design and implementation activities.

• Define and review integrations between SuccessFactors and other enterprise systems.

• Provide guidance on configuration, data migration, workflows, business rules, MDF and security/RBP.

• Work closely with HR and business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.

• Support programme teams through testing, cutover, go-live and hypercare.

• Identify risks, dependencies and potential design issues and provide practical solutions.

• Review existing solutions and recommend improvements where appropriate.

• Act as a trusted technical advisor to senior stakeholders and delivery teams.

• Collaborate with functional, technical, integration and project teams to ensure successful delivery.
