We have an exciting opportunity to work on a major government project. They are looking for an SC Cleared Infrastructure Project Manager to join on a 6 month contract working outside IR35.


Job Responsibilities/Objectives:

1. Define scope, objectives, and deliverables for AV and meeting room setups, and create detailed project plans including timelines and budgets
2. Oversee installation, configuration, and integration of AV systems and meeting room technologies, coordinating with technical teams and vendors.
3. Act as the main point of contact, providing updates to stakeholders and managing vendor relationships.
4. Identify and mitigate risks related to AV and meeting room projects, ensuring compliance with safety and industry standards.
5. Monitor and manage project budgets, approving procurement of equipment and services.
6. Ensure AV systems and meeting room setups meet quality standards through testing and validation.
7. Maintain project documentation and provide regular status reports to stakeholders.

Required Skills/Experience
The ideal candidate will have the following:

1. Expertise in AV systems, video conferencing technologies, and meeting room solutions
2. Ability to effectively communicate with and manage expectations of various stakeholders.
3. Experience in coordinating with and managing third-party vendors.
4. Proficiency in identifying, assessing, and mitigating project risks
5. Competence in monitoring and controlling project budgets and expenditures.
6. Strong focus on ensuring high-quality outcomes through testing and validation.
7. Ability to maintain comprehensive project documentation and produce clear reports.
8. Experience in leading and mentoring project teams.
