Job Title: SC Cleared PMO - Outside IR35
Location: Remote
Salary/Rate: £350 per day - Outside IR35
Start Date: 05/06/2023
Duration: 6 months



We have an exciting opportunity to work on a major central government project. They are looking for a highly experienced PMO to join them on a 6-month contract working outside IR35.


Job Responsibilities/Objectives:

As a PMO Analyst, you will be responsible for providing project management support to the project team, ensuring project milestones are met, and delivering high-quality outcomes. You will work closely with project managers, business analysts, and other key stakeholders, providing regular status updates, tracking project risks and issues, and ensuring project documentation is up-to-date.

1. Provide project management support
2. Support the project manager in defining project scope, objectives, and timelines
3. Create and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets Monitor and report on project progress against project plans and schedules. Identify, track and mitigate project risks and issues
4. Assist in the development of project documentation, including status reports, project plans, and presentations
5. Ensure project documentation is up-to-date and accurate
6. Work with the project team to ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget

Required Skills/Experience
The ideal candidate will have the following:

1. Solid understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques
2. Experience working on government projects
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
5. Ability to work well under pressure, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines
6. Proven track record of delivering high-quality project outcomes
