Salary/Rate: Up to £523 a day Inside IR35
Start Date: December
JobType: 26-week contract (with scope to extend)

Company Introduction

We are currently looking for an experienced SC Cleared Daas Data Architect to join our client in the Administration industry.

*Candidates applying MUST hold Active SC Clearance*

Job Responsibilities/Objectives

• Experience with monitoring and logging tools like AWS Cloud watch, Prometheus, Grafana.
• Ability to optimize data pipelines and storage solutions for performance and cost efficiency.

• Experience with monitoring and logging tools like AWS Cloud watch, Prometheus, Grafana.
• Ability to optimize data pipelines and storage solutions for performance and cost efficiency.
• Cloud Computing Platforms AWS (Proficiency in services like S3, EC2, Lamda, Redshift, RDS, EMR Cluster and IAM)
• Programming Languages (PySpark, Python)
• Big Data Processing Frameworks (Spark)
• Data Modelling
• Database Management and Advanced skill of SQL
• ETL Process tools such as Apache, AWS Glue
• BIG Data Technologies Familiar with Hadoop, Spark, Hive, SQS and DTO for processing large datasets
• Data Pipeline and Workflow Management
• Knowledge of Data Security best practice including encryption, access control
• Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation)
• DevOps and CI/CD Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker)
• Proficiency in using version control system like Git
• Able to work within an agile environment
• Able to communicate complex technical processes
