We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Oracle Utilities Customer Care and Billing (CC&B) Technical Consultant to support technical solution design, development, configuration and upgrade activities within an Oracle Utilities environment.

This is a technical delivery-focused position requiring extensive experience across CC&B components, integrations and troubleshooting, alongside the ability to engage with stakeholders and lead technical design discussions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead technical solution design and development activities within Oracle Utilities CC&B.
• Configure, develop and troubleshoot UI Maps, BPA Scripts, Plug-ins, Service Scripts, Business Objects (BOs) and Service Tasks.
• Participate in requirements workshops, translating business requirements into technical solutions.
• Produce functional and technical design documentation in line with Oracle standards and best practices.
• Support CC&B upgrade activities, including technical assessments, development, testing and issue resolution.
• Design, develop and troubleshoot integrations using XAI, XSLT, XPath and XML technologies.
• Investigate and resolve complex technical issues across CC&B applications and integrations.
• Collaborate with functional consultants, architects and business stakeholders to ensure effective solution delivery.

Required Experience

• Extensive hands-on Oracle Utilities CC&B technical experience
• Strong development and configuration expertise across UI Maps, BPA Scripts, Plug-ins, Service Scripts, Business Objects and Service Tasks.
• Experience delivering at least one Oracle CC&B upgrade, preferably two or more.
• Proven ability to lead technical design activities and produce detailed solution documentation.
• Strong knowledge of XAI, XSLT, XPath and XML-based integrations.
• Experience troubleshooting complex CC&B technical issues.
• Good understanding of utilities industry processes, including customer management, billing and meter-to-cash.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with experience participating in and leading technical requirements workshops.
