Job Responsibilities/Objectives
As a (Senior) Scrum Master (m/f/d), you will support and guide clients through agile transformation and digitization projects.

1. Projects: Independently lead Scrum teams, ensuring adherence to Scrum principles.
2. Responsibility: Facilitate agile ceremonies, such as dailies, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
3. Day-to-day business: Prepare customer appointments, lead workshops, foster team flexibility, and ensure smooth backlog management.
3. Impact: Support product owners and the organisation by promoting Scrum and agile practices beyond your teams.
4. Creative scope: Contribute ideas and drive development within our organisation.


Required Skills/Experience
The ideal candidate will have the following:

1. Experience in agile approaches/methods/frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, LeSS, SRE) and facilitating multiple agile teams.
2. Required: (SAFe) Scrum Master certification. Desired: Proficiency in MS Office, JIRA/Confluence, and Azure DevOps.
3. Structured work approach, excellent moderation and presentation skills, strong teamwork and communication abilities.
4. Fluency in both spoken and written German and English.
