We are seeking an experienced Senior Technology Business Partner to join a £3bn organisation and act as the critical link between technology and business leadership.

This is a high-impact role working closely with senior stakeholders to shape technology priorities, develop compelling business cases, and ensure investment decisions are aligned with strategic business objectives. You will help translate business challenges into technology-enabled solutions, champion innovation, and drive measurable outcomes across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with senior business leaders to understand strategic priorities and translate them into technology initiatives.
• Shape and prioritise technology demand, ensuring investment is focused on the highest-value opportunities.
• Develop and support business cases, investment proposals, and value assessments for technology initiatives.
• Build strong relationships across business and IT teams, acting as a trusted advisor and strategic partner.
• Champion innovation, continuous improvement, and modern ways of working.
• Support Agile delivery approaches and help embed effective collaboration between business and technology teams.
• Ensure technology solutions deliver measurable business outcomes.

What You'll Bring

• Proven experience working as a Technology Business Partner, IT Business Partner, Business Relationship Manager, or similar strategic technology role.
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience influencing senior leaders and building trusted relationships.
• A pragmatic, delivery-focused mindset combined with strong strategic thinking.
• Experience managing technology demand, developing business cases, and supporting investment decisions.
• Experience working within Agile environments and modern technology delivery models.
• A passion for driving change, continuous improvement, and delivering tangible business value through technology.
