Job Title: SC cleared Service Delivery Manager
Location: Croydon - Remote with potential travel to Croydon
Salary/Rate: £532 a day Inside IR35
Start Date: 18/09/2023
Job Type: Six month Contract

As a Senior Service Manager in the Police Service Management space, you will be a key decision maker and liaise with the most senior internal and 3rd party stakeholders who are involved in some of the most cutting-edge skills and topics within information technology.

1. Ensure highest level of customer service from Enterprise Services teams and suppliers.
2. Identify appropriate internal/external suppliers for service delivery and collaborate on approach.
3. Engage effectively with senior stakeholders for alignment and issue management.
4. Drive continuous improvement initiatives for customer services while maintaining service integrity.
5. Make decisions on cost reductions and opportunities based on supplier performance.
6. Maintain knowledge of projects and change programs in the customer organization.
7. Work effectively with stakeholders at all levels, managing expectations and adapting to reach consensus.
8. Build partnerships across the technology organization for sharing best practices.
9. Ensure suppliers follow ITIL/DDaT processes.
10. Represent customers in Service Readiness reviews and assessments.
11. Promote a culture of customer satisfaction and support collaboration initiatives.
12. Contribute to career development in the IT Operations community.
13. Possess relevant qualifications and experience.
