Company Introduction
We have an exciting opportunity now available with one of our sector-leading consultancy clients! They are currently looking for a skilled SC Cleared ServiceNow Developer to join their team for a twelve-month contract.

Job Responsibilities/Objectives

1. End to end implementation, integrations (both, out of the box and custom) and configuration of various modules of ServiceNow e.g., HAM Pro, SAM Pro, CMDB, ITOM Discovery, CSDM, ITSM, Orchestration.
2. Creation of solution architecture design document (High-Level Design (HLD) & Low-Level Design (LLD)) and data models.
3. Setup of Mid-Servers and other implementation of technical prerequisites.
4. Creation of implementation strategies and roadmaps. Mapping business requirements with ServiceNow capabilities.
5. Creation of test cases and acceptance criteria.
6. ServiceNow installation & commissioning (including implementation, integrations, documentations, User Acceptance Testing (UAT) criteria definition, tracking and remediation).
7. ServiceNow configuration and population (configuration of data collection, software vendor onboarding, discrepancy reporting / interfaces & SAM Management Information (MI) reports).
8. Integration of third-party on-premise and cloud systems.
9. Creation of Definitive Media Library (DML) (including unsupported versions, creating standard operating procedure for DML).
10. Identification and deployment of ITOM agents and/or discovery capabilities.
11. Hardware contracts and software licence entitlement import and licence configurations (including custom license metrics).
12. Perform reconciliation to ascertain usage and compliance positions are accurate and complete.
13. Develop reclamation/ re-harvesting rules.
14. ServiceNow customisations such as: custom licence metrics, custom table, reports and dashboards aligned to key HAM and SAM roles/personas.
15. Support with the design and implementation/automation of SAM and HAM processes and IT Service Management (ITSM) workflows.
16. ServiceNow maintenance and monitoring (implementation of updates, data integrity checks and performance monitoring).
