Job Title: ServiceNow CSM Process Consultant
Location: London 2 days a week
Salary/Rate: £450 inside IR35
Start Date: 16th September
Duration: 6 months initially

Company Introduction

We have an exciting hybrid opportunity now available with a global IT service and consulting organisation, they are looking for a skilled ServiceNow CSM Process Consultant to join their team on an initial 6 month contract.

They're looking for an experienced Consultant to lead process improvements and work with senior stakeholders to deliver business-focused solutions in Agile/Scrum environments.

Required Experience:

• Business Process Consulting experience.

• Proven experience leading ServiceNow process implementation and improvement engagements.

• Strong ability to analyze business challenges and recommend strategies aligned to desired business outcomes.

• Experience working directly with senior stakeholders, sponsors, and business process owners.

• Demonstrated experience working within Agile/Scrum environments.

• Strong understanding of Customer Service Management (CSM) processes and ServiceNow capabilities.
