In this role, you'll be an integral part of our tight-knit team, collaborating closely with a talented lineup of developers, technical architects, and product owners. Together, you'll swiftly address and resolve support requests raised by our business partners, ensuring seamless operations and uninterrupted innovation.

Job Responsibilities/Objectives

  • Provide support for over a thousand users across more than 50 offices.
  • Provide support for many bespoke systems written and developed in the latest Microsoft technologies.
  • Identify urgent and critical support requests and ensure manager has oversight.
  • Interact with the development team who will be on hand to support you.
  • Exposure to all the systems used ranging across various types of systems such as CRM, Mobile, Third Party interaction, Fleet, HR and IT.
  • Understand the business requirement and how to problem solve issues.
  • Interact with the business via phone, video, email, chat and screen sharing.
  • Respond to support tickets raised every week.
  • Raise bugs via our Jira ticketing system
  • Perform investigations and fix data on our SQL Server database



Required Skills/Experience

  • Problem solving
  • Good communication skills
  • SQL
  • Jira
  • Ability to perform basic code reading
  • Experience using Microsoft Office
