Job Title: Wealth / Asset Administrator

Company Introduction
We have an exciting opportunity now available with one of our sector-leading financial clients! They are currently looking for a detail-oriented and organised Wealth/Asset Administrator to join our financial services team. The ideal candidate will support the management of client assets, ensuring effective communication, compliance, and overall portfolio performance.


Job Responsibilities/Objectives

  1. Portfolio Management:
    • Assist in the administration of client investment portfolios.
    • Monitor market trends and performance metrics to provide insights for investment strategies.
  2. Client Communication:
    • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients regarding their accounts.
    • Prepare and present regular performance reports to clients.
  3. Financial Planning Support:
    • Collaborate with financial advisers to develop and implement client financial plans.
    • Assist in retirement, tax, and estate planning discussions.
  4. Record Keeping and Compliance:
    • Maintain accurate records of transactions, communications, and compliance documents.
    • Ensure all activities comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  5. Research and Analysis:
    • Conduct thorough market research to identify potential investment opportunities.
    • Analyse financial data and generate reports to inform decision-making.
  6. Collaboration:
    • Work closely with financial advisers, accountants, and legal professionals to ensure a comprehensive approach to client wealth management.



Desirable Skills/Experience
The ideal candidate will have the following:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Series 7, CFA) preferred.
  • Proven experience in wealth management, asset administration, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
