Job Title: Wealth Management Project Manager
Location: Hybrid (London or Bristol)
Contract: 6 Months (Outside IR35)
Start Date: October

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in wealth management and proven experience in implementing wealth management platforms. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead a key project for an initial 6-month contract, with hybrid working based in either London or Bristol.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of a wealth management platform implementation project.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful delivery within scope and on time.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to define project goals, objectives, and deliverables.
• Ensure all project activities are in line with regulatory requirements and best practices in the wealth management industry.
• Drive communication and coordination between technical teams, third-party vendors, and business stakeholders.
• Proactively manage risks, issues, and dependencies throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare and present regular project reports and updates to senior management and stakeholders.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in the wealth management sector.
• Strong background in managing the implementation of wealth management platforms.
• Demonstrable experience in delivering large-scale projects, on time and within budget.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and engage at all levels.
• Strong understanding of wealth management processes, including investments, pensions, and compliance.
• Experience with project management methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall.
• Exceptional communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to Have:

• Familiarity with wealth management platforms like Avaloq, FNZ, or Temenos.
• Project Management qualifications (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP, or Agile certifications).

Contract Details:

• Duration: 6 Months (with the potential for extension).
• Location: Hybrid working between London or Bristol and remote.
