Company Introduction:
We are seeking a Business Change Analyst with strong functional expertise to support large-scale Workplace & End User Computing (EUC) transformation initiatives. The role focuses on business readiness, stakeholder engagement, process change, communications, training, and adoption, ensuring that workspace infrastructure programmes (e.g., modern workplace, endpoint uplift, collaboration tools, device refresh, identity & access changes) land effectively across the organisation. You will act as the primary interface between business teams and technical delivery streams, translating technical change into clear business impacts, user outcomes, and operational readiness requirements. While deep technical skills are not mandatory, an understanding of modern workplace technologies (M365, Windows 11, endpoint management, VDI) is beneficial.
Key Responsibilities
- Change Management & Business Readiness (Functional Ownership)
- Lead end-to-end change management for Workspace Infrastructure programmes, including Modern Workplace, M365 adoption, Device/OS upgrades, and Citrix/VDI changes.
- Conduct business impact assessments across user groups, roles, operations, and processes.
- Define business readiness criteria, adoption KPIs, and success metrics.
- Coordinate pilots, user acceptance activities, early-adopter feedback, and readiness checks ahead of each rollout wave.
- Stakeholder Engagement & Communication
- Build strong relationships with business units, senior stakeholders, operational leads, frontline teams, and support functions.
- Develop stakeholder maps and tailored engagement plans by user segment.
- Create and deliver clear, user-focused communications, including:
- Emails
- Intranet content
- FAQs
- Quick reference guides
- Training packs
- Present updates in governance forums and support decision-making with structured, evidence-based recommendations.
- Training & Adoption Enablement
- Identify training needs and develop role-based learning materials.
- Deliver demos, workshops, roadshows, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
- Partner with Learning teams to ensure content is available across relevant channels (LMS, SharePoint, Intranet).
- Monitor adoption, user sentiment, and post-go-live support trends to drive continuous improvement.
- Business Process Alignment
- Document process changes, business workflows, and operating model impacts resulting from infrastructure upgrades.
- Collaborate with business areas to embed new procedures, policies, controls, and compliance requirements.
- Ensure BAU support teams (Service Desk, TechOps) are equipped with updated SOPs, knowledge articles, and runbooks.
- Governance, Reporting & Assurance
- Maintain RAID logs, proactively surface risks and issues, and ensure mitigation plans are executed.
- Track progress against readiness indicators and adoption metrics.
- Support go/no-go decisions through clear reporting and evidence-based recommendations.
Required Skills/Experience
The ideal candidate will have the following:
Business & Change Management
- Strong experience delivering business change within enterprise or regulated environments.
- Proven ability to design and execute change and adoption plans across large, diverse user populations.
- Skilled in stakeholder management, communication planning, and business engagement.
- Experience conducting impact assessments, readiness checks, and process alignment.
Functional Understanding of Workspace Infrastructure
Good to have - not mandatory technical ownership
- Knowledge of end user technologies such as:
- Windows 10/11
- Microsoft 365 (Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint)
- Modern Device Management (Intune/MECM basics)
- VDI (Citrix/VMware Horizon)
- Identity & Access (Entra ID/Azure AD), MFA
- Understanding how infrastructure changes impact business processes, users, and support functions.
Delivery & Governance
- Experience working within structured delivery environments (Agile/SAFe/Waterfall/Hybrid).
- Ability to collaborate closely with Programme/Project Managers, Architects, and Engineering teams.
