3-Month Contract

Business Analyst needed for work across business, product, and technology teams to shape requirements, drive alignment, and ensure delivery teams have the clarity needed to execute effectively.

Job Responsibilities/Objectives:

• Facilitate workshops and align stakeholders across teams
• Identify gaps, dependencies, risks, and assumptions
• Bring structure, clarity, and momentum to complex programmes
• Ensure backlogged items are well-defined, prioritised and ready for delivery
• Act as a co-ordination point across business, product and technology teams
• Support delivery teams in clarifying requirements during build

Required Skills/Experience:

• Strong structuring and analytical capability
• Strong stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills
• Clear written and verbal communication
• Pragmatic, delivery-focused mindset
• Understanding of digital, data and platform environments
• Experience in a Business Analyst or similar delivery-focused role
• Experience in supporting programme or transformation delivery

Desirable Skills/Experience:

• Exposure to digital, data, or platform transformation programmes
• Ability to navigate complex organisational structures and competing priorities
• Experience working across both business and technology teams
• Strong facilitation and workshop leadership skills
